This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. The Google Fonts are installed locally. There is no connection to Google servers.

OpenStreetMap
We use the map service of OpenStreetMap (OSM).
We embed the map material from OpenStreetMap on the server of the OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom. The United Kingdom is considered a secure third country under data protection law. This means that the United Kingdom has a level of data protection that is equivalent to the level of data protection in the European Union. When using the OpenStreetMap maps, a connection is established to the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation. In the process, among other things, your IP address and other information about your behavior on this website may be forwarded to OSMF. OpenStreetMap may store cookies in your browser or use similar recognition technologies for this purpose. Google reCAPTCHA
We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to verify whether data entry on this website (e.g. in a contact form) is made by a human or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time spent by the website visitor on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.
The reCAPTCHA analyses run entirely in the background. Website visitors are not notified that an analysis is taking place. The storage and analysis of the data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its web offers from abusive automated spying and from SPAM. Processing of data (customer and contract data)
We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent that it is necessary for the establishment, content or amendment of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data about the use of this website (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill the user. Ecwid online shop, a cloud commerce platform
The service provider is Ecwid, Inc., 687 South Coast Highway 101, Suite 239, Encinitas, California 92024, USA.
Data transmission to the USA (outside of the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway) or data transfer to there was agreed with Ecwid by way of standard contractual clauses (SCC) (= Art. 46(2) and (3) GDPR). These are supported by the EU Commission and intended to ensure that your data are consistent with the European data protection standards also if they are transmitted to third countries (for example to the USA) and saved there. Commissioned data processing
We have concluded a commissioned data processing agreement (AVV) with the above provider. This is an agreement required by data protection law, which ensures that this provider only processes the personal data of our website visitors in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with GDPR.
Data transmission relating to contracts concluded for online shops, dealers and shipment of goods
If you order goods from us, we forward your personal data to the transport company contracted with delivery as well as to the payment service provider contracted with processing payment. Only such data are released as required by each service provider to fulfil its task. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1) b) GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the purpose of performing a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. If you have granted relevant consent according to Article 6(1) a) GDPR, we will forward your e-mail address to the transport company contracted with delivery. This enables the transport company to inform you of the status of your order by e-mail; you may revoke the consent at any time.
Payment services
We integrate third-party payment services into our website. If you make a purchase from us, your payment data (e.g. name, payment sum, account details, credit card number) are processed by the payment service provider to process the payment. The contractual provisions and Privacy Policy of each provider apply to these transactions. Payment service providers are used based on Article 6(1) b) GDPR (contractual processing) as well as in the interest of a potentially straightforward, convenient and secure payment process (Article 6(1) f) GDPR).
